Heard from a friend that the IPT is not required anymore? We cannot believe this ourselves as we pay it each year but our friend has never done so infact she was told it finished several years ago.
Correct it finished a few years ago.....
But for those who never paid it, they will catch up with you eventually,say when you come to sell up ...
At least that's what we were told when putting our property into a trust ....
