HRT in Cyprus

My darling wife suffers from osteoporosis and has broken wrist and thumb, leg and hip over the last few years. HRT has been recommended (oestrogen) but it would appear that it is not available in Cyprus (easily). Have any of the lady members of the forum had a prescription for HRT (either through GESY or privately)? A delicate matter, I understand, so replies by PM may be better. Any advice or recommendations (gynaecologist, pharmacy, etc) would be appreciated.
