Renewing Cyprus Driving Licence

My driving licence is up for renewal in July.
I wondered if anything has changed during the last 3 years.....
Last time I renewed it at the main Post Office. Can I still do this, and do I have to make an appointment in advance?
Is there a form I have to complete?
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
Many thanks

You can do this at one of the Citizens Service Centres including the one within the Paphos Main Post Office in Anavargos. You can book an appointment over the phone via the central phone number 22 3091 00 and then press the appropriate number for whichever location suits you. You’ll still need appropriate paperwork from your GP.
A number of friends have done this over the last year or so and all have gone to the Citizens Centre location in Polis which they said had a far more relaxed environment - and convenient for a nice coffee somewhere away from the ‘metropolis’ of Paphos.

I too have chosen Polis to renew my three-year licence. And yes you have to get an appointment. I got the two forms from the Post office Citizens Centre and a list of all the items you need to take with you as proof that you are entitled to a licence

Hi Trev we're just completing the form and it asks for "date entered Cyprus". Would this be the first entry to Cyprus when coming to live here, or the most recent, i.e. back from a holiday?
Also the form has an area for a photo on the last page near your signature, but I seem to remember that they take a photo at the Citizens Advice Centre. Do we need to get one for the form?
Your help is much appreciated......

I have not looked at the forms yet, or translated them .
But I do know they take your photo there

It sounds as if the forms have changed yet again, I will be due to renew my license next year.
Don't forget to ask your doctor to sign his form. I go to the Citizens Centre in Old Butcher Boy Rd,
Where they took my photo too.

The forms that we used 2 years ago are the same, with the date of 2017 on the bottom. We use the main Post Office as their Citizens Advice area is not so crowded.

Just a word of warning for Trev and anyone else whose licence is due for renewal in the near future. I phoned the Citizen's Service Center in Paphos today for an appointment in, hopefully, the next 2 weeks. My licence expires on July 13. The earliest appoint that I could get is July 24. The member of staff I spoke to told me not to worry as you get a month's grace. The reason for the backlog is that the Transport Department are sending all of their appointments for the foreseeable future to the CSC, which is clogging up their system. The lady I spoke to implied you cannot, at the moment, go to the Dept of Transport at Mesogi to renew your licence.
Just a reminder of what you need:
TOM 7 form completed by you
TOM 153 form completed and signed by your GP
MEU1 or MEU3
Passport
At least 6 months' utility bills in your name
If you need help with the Greek-only form TOM7, go here for help:
