Just wanted to log my thoughts, prayers and thanks to all the 999 responders to the High Rise Fire tragedy.

These people will always respond in an emergency, regardless of their personal risk, as so many of them did. Many are still there, securing the building.

They do an amazing job and deserve the thanks and praise of everyone involved in this tragedy, whether in reality or vicariously

Fire Service, Ambulance/Emergency Evacuation Service, Police, Voluntary Services, Salvation Army,WVS, churches, community groups, volunteers from all walks of life..............

We salute you :)

Please feel free to add any I have missed.

They do a great job. The courage it takes to climb a burning building, I cant imagine. I was once in a smoke and burning flat and it was terrifying. Or at least I was terrified.

What's terrible, is that often fire crews get stoned by kids, when attending fires. I have no reason as to why. They do a great job.
