What is going on with all the recycle bins, they have all been taken away? Cannot believe that we haven’t been put in the picture as to what is going on. It’s not only the recycle bins but some ordinary waste bins have disappeared too.

The bins we use are still in situ.

Our Bins are still in Position, or at least they were yesterday.
I am not sure where you live but why not pop in and ask at the council offices

We live in lower Peyia down by the little white church. Unfortunately our car is in dock at the moment so would rather speak to them face to face than a phone call!!

If you mean the ones by stadium car park, we noticed they had moved yesterday when we passed through Peyia, but they are now a little further down the road on land opposite the Peyia Fish and Chip shop. We assumed because of the children’s play equipment that’s now in place quite close to where the bins were.

Well, can’t believe it, all our bins have been returned!!!! Goodness knows what the Council were playing at but all is well again here.

Where I live the recycling bags are collected from outside the house / nearest green bin once a week.
No blue or brown bins (apart from those paid for by some businesses) but there is a glass recycling bin at Papantoniou.

Are there recycling bins in Polemi? Never been able to track any down!
