Not a military man...but makes sense to me....reminds me of a fire drill in Larnaca a few years back...before hand they closed the roads to traffic etc...how would that relate in a real case, where fire engines had to navigate traffic jams and cars parked on pavements.

Another stupid story as it was already announced in CYWeekly on the 7th of the month.... and the Gov should know that
At least the Israeli have helicopter which can fly in the night unlike the Cypriot forces and fire fighter which have to return before dark.

Lots of IAF C-130Js 'Super Hercules' in the air this evening - three landing simultaneously at Pafos at one point.
I've never seen three aircraft on finals for Pafos before!
