Paphos Life

They have been building the first half of the Paphos to Polis motorway for over a year now. I thought it about time to have another look to see how they were getting on. The pictures in this article were taken during the Holiday Season, so you won't see anybody at work, but it is clear that a lot of progress has been made.

Great pics,this is a massive project.Has there been any official announcment as to when completion is expected i wonder.

I believe that the "tunnel" one can see on picture 5 (Motorway crossing) is also a drain for the little river which runs near that farm. It is most of the year dry, but in rainy times at can be a torrent.

In that riverbed I was many times searching for minerals and found lovely crystals like that photo shows
