Does anyone still do this? In my case I am procrastinating

Never made one and I guess I never will.

From the age of about five or six, I made a resolution each year never to throw snowballs in July. I kept this resolution unreservedly and intact until I was 29, when I left the UK and set up life in Switzerland. I broke my resolution at that age, after 20-odd years. is that a record?

To lose weight, that. lasts until dinner time

Resolving to stop procrastinating would be a noble goal.

I have no idea what you mean. I was just saying that a good resolution would be to stop procrastinating. I don't think the topic or your comment was inappropriate.
