Ermes bonus card - bin?

Just rummaging in my Cyprus drawer and came across an ERMES Club Card.
Do they still exist? Is it still usable? Or bin?

Sadly it’s bin.
Now they just need your phone number to accumulate points.
Unless anyone knows anything different……

This is how I understand it, and always give them my phone number when I buy something.
When I bought something there the other week, the cashier told me how many points/euros I had on it and asked if I wanted to use it for that purchase.
