Thanks for posting this. I hadn't heard of her before. She seems to have gained a lot of experience in a comparatively short time. Only snag is it says she is operating privately. Rather than accepting GESY patients...

My partner had a colonoscopy with her, and she was very good. We are not on GESY and paid privately.

I have been doing a bit of research and according to this link a Gastroenterologist is the Specialist Doctor for treating liver problems:
'Gastroenterology is the branch of medicine that treats numerous digestive diseases such as conditions of the esophagus (gullet), stomach, small and large intestines (bowel), liver, gallbladder and pancreas'.
https://www.ygiapolyclinic.com/en/speci ... enterology
I have not had reason to see this GESY Gasteroenterologist but over a period of time have read many recommendations for him
Dr Stelios Papasavvas at Blue Cross Hospital (opposite McDonalds / Superhome Centre). Tel. 26221111.

Yes, I' was seen by him but my particular digestive problem wasn't resolved. So I may try to see this new ((to me) Consultant.

Those who specialize on liver diseases are called hepatologists (a subspecies of gastroenterologists, so-to-speak).
