New white goods reduce electricity bill.

We recently replaced two of our very elderly air conditioners and are delighted with the efficiency of the new Inverter Direct units in our living area and our bedroom. In addition they feature a “Sleep” mode, which we use at night. Absolutely brilliant. We have used air con over this hot summer very frequently but our bill for July and August has dropped by over €220. We also replaced our antique fridge freezer with an “energy-efficient” one.
When comparing units of electricity used with last summer, the difference is quite phenomenal.
