Heavy goods vehicle, dangerous traffic lights & the driver has phone in one hand, can of coke in the other whilst trying to negotiate the turn. Words fail me ! How can people be so ignorant to the fact that this sort of behavior takes innocent lives.

Have learnt to never leave traffic lights when they turn to green in front of me until I've checked that all other drivers are stationary! In fact it is driver awareness of all other drivers as so many are totally unpredictable....
I hate to see other drivers with mobile clamped to ear, a cigarette or drink in other hand and their vehicle weaving along the road.
Where are the police? I seldom see them unless they overtake traffic with their lights flashing, or are lurking somewhere on a dual carrageway with speed camera.
