These are very hard to control , especially for people who have never driven them before, the authorities should consider the restriction on who can rent these out.

At the end of the day the enterprises which hire these ATV's out should bear responsibility for ensuring that potential hirers are in possession of valid driving licenses and ideally these companies should only be allowed to operate in premises which have access to a suitable place, off road where new hirers can be supervised and instructed if necessary on how to ride these vehicles - if they have no previous experience of using one. Not just learning how to ride as they go along the busy main roads like ToTK and Coral Bay roads for example.
Terrain in the Akamas can be very challenging, and potentially dangerous for inexperienced people. As the number of accidents involving ATV's have shown and are sometimes tragic,
