It seems that practically every time I go to the A.T.M. Machines at the Hellenic Bank in Chlorakas, there is a technical problem .Has anyone else found this ?

Basically no, i was there a few days ago all ok and the week before again all ok, perhaps i just got lucky or maybe you just got unlucky.

Usually its a matter of the machines running out of cash, especially during tourist season,

If this happens when the bank is open it would be worth going inside and asking.
As WHL wrote it may be because the machine is empty.
Another reason is that the staff are loading the machine and if you go back 10-15 minutes later it is back in use.
