Hallo. Is Spanish gazpacho sold anywhere in Cyprus does anyone know? Thanks.

it is funny that you should bring up the subject. Last night, I suggested to the helper that we have gazpacho for our evening meal. She prepared it from what appeared to be a good recipe and the result was delicious. I don't know why anyone would buy gazpacho ready-made when it can be prepared in little more than 30 minutes, from fresh vegetables.

Loads of easy and quick recipes on the internet. Delicious with this weather. And the only helper I would need is a blender.
