I very much doubt whether my own feelings on the matter count for anything but I hope, for the sake of Cyprus, that this effort to drag us down to the lowest levels of humanity will result in a resounding defeat.

Firstly people have a choice if they go or not, advantage for the republic it will stop many people from crossing over to the north's casinos, The republic earns taxes and people are employed , also people addicted to gambling do not need a casino to gamble

The only way it effects tourists, is it gives them another choice to visit a casino or not
