One month old mag box 254, will play catch up t v, but not any live t v , have disconnected ,reconnected but still the same. Any ideas, Many thanks Lefkes

Check settings/advanced settings - lower the buffer size - it sometimes makes a difference.

Who provides your service, contact them.

If you Google it, you will probably get a step by step instruction on how to fix it! It's all out there. If not get provider as next port of call.

It may be all there, but it is hell trying to find answers to specific questions. Infomir are lacking in publishing comprehensive 'how to' instructions and you have to hunt many sources to find answers to some questions. Also, it depends on whether you (1) hard-wire your connection or use (2) an approved wireless USB adapter (only a few will work) or (3) a w1 or w2 version. Who is your provider and which stations are you wanting?
