Does anyone know anything about, or have experience of a Triotech TV streaming box.

I was a bit miffed when I asked about having my current Android box updated to be told that it probably wasn't worth updating, despite having only purchased it in August/September of last year at 120Euros.
It seems that the apps are dropping off the systems apparently.

I was pointed towards the Triotech box at 125€.

Having looked at their website it also seems that you have to.pay for the power lead as an extra.

Does anyone have any advice.

I don't want to go down the road of paying for a yearly subscription as I'm only here 2 or 3 times a year.

Get your self an amerzon fire stick, and download tv, film sports for free, just go on youtube lots of vids telling you how.

Get a basic streaming box from amazon for about 30 pounds and they are just as good as any box you can get and you can do lots more with them than a fire stick when it comes to streaming and tv packages and loading apps.

I have had a Triotech box for around 15 years I updated to latest model 5 years ago during this time never had a problem. Very little buffering and great picture. One of payment then 2nd year onwards 24 euros for yearly maintenance fee. Gets all the free to air channels no subscription of VPN required. Just plug in and play. If you want all the sport and film channels then this is not the box for you.

We also use triotech, and agree with what souniman says.
No extra power lead it all comes with the box

Can you tell me what more a box can do then a firestick thanks
