Back to your original question Trev what did you find for your Grandson. Plenty of choices in Paphos but agree about Greggs sausage rolls

At the moment I have not found any alternative. I personally don't like the sausage rolls with a sausage in the middle rather than sausage meat

Me neither, I like them with baked beans. And before any one mentions what goes into baked beans, I don't care 😀

Beans (50%), Tomatoes (36%), Water, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Modified Cornflour, Salt, Spice Extracts, Herb Extract

Apparently a lot of salt, but hey everything has its down side, in general good for you.

I was trying to crack an ironic joke, like I won't eat sausages or chicken nuggets because of what goes into them.
It looks like my sense of humour is wasted on here 😀....,.

Kidney beans contain 3.9 milligrams of iron per 100 grams.

Your joke may not have been ironic, but it seems to have been ferric!

For those interested in knowing what is in a Greggs Sausage Roll, there is a programme on tonight on Channel 5 at 8pm. It will be about contents of their baked goods including Sausage Rolls and Yum Yums. x
