We are looking for recommendations for someone or a firm that can look after our place when we're not here. The lady that's looked after us for years is returning ti the UK (gutted but really pleased for her).

Ideally a check every couple or weeks or so (flushing the toilets and literally just checking that there are no problems) and perhaps the ability to assist if and when anything does need doing/repairing etc.

We're in Kissonerga if that helps.

No response to this post? We too would like to find someone to be keyholder and only visit when requested, rather than having a full standard management service.

Best to pay a neighbour to do it, if you can.
