There has been a light breeze since 08:00 but it is slowly gaining force now at 10:30 but, yes, you are right and I expect it to increase with a maximum in the mid afternoon. The temperature is unseasonably low with the minimum here at 2.0° C at 06:15 and, even now, it is low at 12.6° C. I believe that 17° C inland may be somewhat optimistic. We shall see!
