Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades says he will ask UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to demand that the Turkish side???s preconditions before a second ‘Conference On Cyprus’ is convened??in Geneva are withdrawn....

I may have misread things, but it looks to me that they haven't actually agreed on no preconditions. In fact they have both proposed preconditions but not the same ones, and want the UNSG to sort it out.

It's actually quite depressing scanning for news stories, with a lot of them being about the talks, but none actually saying anything new. This was the best of a sorry bunch!
