2000 miles for 20 Euros

In a world we're prices are on the up at all angles I don't think £20 for a flight is bad. So in this mad world how do Ryanair pull it off. 
,Actually I did something I never usually do and that was not book a seat just went with the 19.99 fare and wait until they issued me a seat on the day. Amazingly I landed a full row to myself at the front,
Never happen again.
