Does anyone know if the supermarkets are open on Monday?

Yes most, but limited opening times. Google the supermarket that you want to use to check times

Some may be open in the morning but closed after midday, so that the employees can fly their kites!

Paps in Chloraka told me that they would be open all day. Probably Philipos will be too..
