In this film we drive through some villages that border the Akamas, before heading down into Latchi Harbour. The route follows part of our second Road Trip eBook which is available on Amazon.

Nice video trip and lovely music (even when only short time), Thank you Dominic.
I find it quite important when living long enough on Island to brush up on the correct pronunciation of place names which will help if you ask locals when looking for directions....

Indeed Max, so the a in Kato is pronounced as the a's in Akamas

Would I be correct in saying that that applies to the whole of the Greek language?
Our house is in Tala (not TarLar

)
EDIT - having rewatched the video with the sound on I notice that Dominic pronounces Akamas 'Akarmas' so his a's are both pronounced differently

Great video. The first time I drove to Androlikou 20 years ago there were no proper roads or signposts. It was almost completely deserted. It was quite scary as it was easy to lose ones bearings and not know which road to go onto to get out. Not been back since. It looks as if I could drive there now. Much improved. Thanks for sharing
