Has anyone yet received their €1500 grant in respect of their photovoltaic system? We have a few contacts who had their installation/connection more than 6 months ago and are still waiting for the payment. Just as a matter of interest. We have just had ours connected......
Thanks

Out of 3 applications for the grant I know were made in June 22..
one has had the grant paid to them
one has received querries
and one has heard nothing at all (except confirmation of receipt of the application)
These appear to be being dealt with in reverse order. So its the application that was made last that has received the grant.

Chaddy, basically they're panels fitted on roofs that convert daylight into electricity which is then fed back into the grid so that the amount paid is the net between electricity supplied by AHK and supplied to AHK.

Application for grant submitted 1 June '22, money received 30 December.
Amount dependent on altitude of property.

Gosh that's weird. Google has restricted this topic from its advertising, because it breaches their rules on tobacco promotion.
Behave people.
P.S: I shouldn't have to clarify this but I will. I am not cross with anybody. For some reason Google has picked up a false positive on this thread. It happens more frequently than you think. The weirdest one was when we got a warning on our Facebook Group for posting pornography. It turned out that somebody asking where you could buy Pucka Pies counted as pornographic content, according to Facebook.
P.P.S: to anybody who finds dealing with Cyprus Bureacracy frustrating, I say try dealing with Social Media Company Bureacracy. As an example, when I had an issue with Youtube, I couldn't get any help from Youtube. I had to go onto Twitter and contact their Twitter account. In fairness they were very helpful, but I only found this out after I asked on a Facebook group for help. So to get help on Youtube I had to use two other Social Media companies first.

I will never look at another Pucka pie the same way again

To get that correct: solar panels are actually for producing hot water (thermic), while concerning photo-voltaic, they are called modules.

Over 600m, grant is half as much again ie €2,250. Not sure if further increase if any higher.
