As far as I remember the deadline for paying in Polemi already is the end of December. I just assume that we can pay at the municipality offices.

Trev, I think paying the annual communal charge in a village, means paying at the local Communal Council Offices. Its what we do in my village. They decided we must pay before the end of November..
