Paphos Life

In the concluding part of our film we recorded after a recent storm, we return to not-so-sunny Polemi from Kathikas. On the way back we pass through Stroumpi and the Polemi Concentration Camp. As you will see, it is just off the B7, and open to visitors. We finish by the Olive Tree Tavern, a place famous for its pork chops. You haven't had a real pork chop until you have had a Cypriot Pork Chop. What is a fairly mundane dish in the UK is elevated to a new domain in Cyprus. Trust me on this, i kid you not.
