The time of year when I can end up adding/discarding layers depending on the time of day and if I am inside (which is much colder) or outside.
Also taking advantage of the sunshine to top up my Vitamin D levels and suntan for the winter months.

It is already the time of the year that you have to be in the full sunshine around 12.30 to 1.30 PM to get the maximum UV for your Vitamin D levels. To top up the daily dosage you need more than 3/4 hour with not much cloth on, unlike 2 weeks ago when 20 minutes between 10AM and 2 PM was enough. (of course no sun cream)
Side note: today when the solar eclipse started I was on the sunbed 12.50 and for a couple of minutes the sun was really "biting" and I moved indoors as it was not comfortable.
