Listening to some of the Tory MP,s their only interest is thinking Johnson can get them elected again to enjoy their £80,000 + salary and lavish expenses, no interest in the UK and it’s citizens. What is Johnson doing swanning about on holiday anyway thought he was still an MP why isn’t he at Westminster or doesn’t that apply to him, he seems to do whatever he likes with no comeback.

As a reminder of Boris and his misdemeanors:

No fewer than 57 of Johnson’s ministers resigned from his government in July to force him out of Downing Street.

Anyone know where Boris Johnson has been since he "resigned" or was that "pushed" by his own party members?

Last I heard, other than sunning himself on holiday - he's been receiving 1000s of Dollars in gratuities for speeches.
More partying, but at least it's not at the expense of the UK taxpayers.

But that inquiry is still running and has been stated today, there's enough to have him out again by Christmas - YAY!
MORE SHIT for UK to put up with.

I thought that’s what the several weeks of MP’s summer recess was for.

And look at how well (not) they did with him.....

The B (brexit) word cannot be used, as banned by the party, as a cause of many of our current problems...

Oh for sure. His leadership was a disaster for the Tories. It just wasn't as much of a disater as Truss.

Nice looking guy and he comes with some knowledge about economics as well which is very rare with politicians not only in GB.
For example how nicely the Italian economy developed in the short time Dragi was their leader...

I'm not a Tory supporter as you may very well know - but Rishi Sunak was the best person for the job from the bunch that put themselves forward.

Personally, I am mightily pleased he got it outright which meant the Tory Party Members didn't get chance to get their claws in and turn it on its' head because of their racist views.

Obviously, I would have preferred a General Election but feel it's best to get moving on the current problems we have in UK as quickly as possible without any further delays.

It's certainly going to mean more austerity left behind by BoJo and DizzyLizzy but fingers crossed, we will come out on the other side. If not, the UK knows we need to get the Tories out - the issue is though, who replaces them?

I'm no fan of Starmer, he has zero personality and comes across as a very cold fish.

I agree with what Photo Lady said about Rishi Sunak. What a pity the Tories couldn't see his leadership potential sooner. But he has handled his first few weeks very well as PM, learning quickly on the job. He and Jeremy Hunt have got the 'Autumn Statement' done, without too many initial problems. Life will be tough in the UK for the next few years.
But at least it now seems as if the UK is getting back on a more even keel now.
Which is a relief in international financial markets.
