Our electric bill has arrived for July/Aug. Nice surprise as only 76.52 Euro.
Then on thinking our last bill was 186.53 Euro. Estimated and over a hundred units more!

As the article states there is a reduction on Jul/Aug bills.
My thoughts are with the over charging from May/June we have lost out on the discount?

Would you agree or not?
Do you think we will be able to get this corrected.

Have a spreadsheet of all costs going back to 2019 for usage.

In the article it did say you did not need to contact them.

Lesson learnt and will start to read the meter on the week they are due to come. Just in case it happens again.

Electricity meter was read last week and awaiting bill via email.
Have been told the discount shows on the bill under the heading ' Ministry of Finance Discount'.

No discount for June and July my fuel adjustment was 15euro more than electric price and then 9% vat added

We received our electricity bill a few days ago for July/ August no discount, fuel adjustment €134.70.
