The Helicopters have been away from Polis presumably back to their base to refuel. But I have just seen them both heading back out to the Polis area.

Three helicopters two with buckets heading back to paphos wonder if they have finished?

We saw them here in Polemi. Hopefully the fire is out and the fire engines will be Damping Down

Is the first time a have seen also an army helicopter joining in with bucket equipped. Perhaps as the area of the fire is also Army training area is the reason. These ones should also be able for night flights...

We live directly under the flight path and have watched the helicopters plus two fixed wing planes flying backwards and forwards since late afternoon, just hope everyone is safe.

They were Flying over ours at first light this morning, as Lincoln said they're all heroes.

Helicopter with bucket and two aircraft flying over same direction as yesterday must be a fire hope its not a tyre shop,in Paphos all the tyre shops cannot dispose of tyres so they are just piling up outside the workshops.

Four fire engines on scene, plus two helicopters and two planes. It looked like they were managing it when I took some pics from the hills opposite. I naturally didn't want to get too close though.
