Is there a place of worship , where it is possible to speak to a Priest..Vicar.

Ayia Kyriaki at St Pauls pillar close to the harbour follows the Roman Church (catholic) and not Church of England. Nice little church and well worth a visit.

They do both. The Anglican Church of Paphos has its office right behind the church, and certainly do weddings at the church.
