Philippos supermarket & paying bills.

A friend and neighbour of mine told me that you can pay
EAC, CYTA and municipality bills at till no. 11 in Philippos supermarket
at a cost of €2.
Till 11 is the cigarette counter.
How true is this?

You can pay bills at the cigarette counter in Paps...I saw a guy there paying his road tax

Yes you can, it is through the Easy pay service. I believe they have this service in some papantoniou stores too.

Is it just the case of handing over your bill + cash or card
to the particular cash point, or is it something you have to register
with and join?

Garden of Eden will give you upto 100 euro cash using hellenic visa at there cash machine

Other supermarkets are now doing the cash-back system so you can get cash at the till.

I understand from my neighbor that you take your bill and cash / card to the counter and pay, no log in or register. But not done it myself so only going on what i have been told, and as Sadie said there is this facility in Paps too.
