We bought a media player from Amazon, it arrived the next day ( UK) but unfortunately was not right and would not do what we required. Just looked up how to return and it is so easy, just go into Amazon orders menu and returns, select how you want to return ( our local post office) and then you print off the label with bar code and postage is free!! I don't suppose this is possible from Cyprus though?

It is, but you have to have an unpaid label as Amazon don't do prepaid labels for Cyprus Post. You obtain a receipt and upload to Amazon a photo of it.
The postage costs are then reimbursed to your account.

Amazon returns work brilliantly from here and they refund the full postage costs.
