I feel the need to say a public 'Thankyou' to SOS computers. I went in on Friday lunchtime with a problem with my laptop. It was refusing to search my picture files and then enabling me to post a picture.
I was told that they needed me to leave my laptop with them. But I waited until 7-30 on Monday morning when they opened for the day..
I left my laptop with them and a few hours later it was all fixed and ready to be collected.. I was told it was to do with 'updates'..
But the main thing for me is that it is back and working. It is amazing how much we rely on being in touch via the internet.
