We would like to order an office chair from Ikea. The one we have chosen is in stock but is not available for home delivery. This was confirmed by email from Ikea, Nicosia.

Does anyone know if one could go into the small Ikea outlet store in the Limassol Mall (just off the first highway roundabout by MacDonalds) and ask them to order one for us that we can collect from there? Nicosia couldn't answer this question, for some reason, but suggested that we email them. We have done so but received no reply. We wonder if anyone has had a similar experience.......

I have ordered bedspreads for collection from the Limassol branch (collect from road behind the building) but I appreciate a chair may be another matter.
