It is tradition to eat more eggs at Easter time, however is it good for your health or bad? This video should give you the answer.... don't worry, the video is only 4 minutes long

I ate a whole easter egg, don't know how many hot cross buns, and some delicious flaounes our next door neighbour gave us, do I feel guilty?
not at all, if you enjoy something, don't feel guilty, life's too short to calorie count in my opinion.

What Easter eggs?
I only ever ate the contents as a child and would still have the shells in the boxes stuffed in the cupboard of the sideboard at Christmas.

Reading your post it looks like you did not watch the video as it is about something different then eating chocolate eggs, hot cross buns, flaounes...
I posted it because many "experts" tell you that eating too many eggs is bad for you. I am not counting any calories in my diet but just try to eat the healthy ones. With this method I lost 9 kg since I am doing IF together with lower waist line. (2 sizes) When you say: life's too short to calorie count it depends also on your age. When I was younger I did not give a damn how many cokes or cakes I consumed everyday, I just did it. But now above 70, I am much more cautious in order my life is not even shorter...

It is just my opinion Max, everyone has the choice of what to eat or not to eat, sometimes I just fancy a greek salad with some water melon afterwards, other times I have a giant hamburger with cheese and bacon, with a mountain of fries.
As to having a longer life, unfortunately tomorrow is promised to no one

Sorry! Why should I feel guilty? Maybe, just maybe, because I haven't eaten any bird's egg or any chocolate (or other confectionery) for a number of weeks!
