We have been royally ripped off (no details) by a British expat, who we have subsequently learned has no MEU1, MEU3, private health insurance, runs a “business” but doesn’t pay into the Social Fund and who is not registered for tax. He has been under the radar for a number of years, and we are incensed with his attitude. What options are open to us?

Surely they can be deported at the very least.

Go to the police/ immigration, whether he is an expat or local or any nationality, if he ripped you off today he will rip someone else off tomorrow
