Hi All,
Coming over for the first time in three years at the end of the month. Since the last time over I've been diagnosed as Gluten & Dairy intolerant. While I'm relatively relaxed about dining out what is the availability of GF & DF products in the supermarkets? Key items will primarily be GF bread & DF milk (e.g Rice Milk), but also GF breakfast cereal.
Thanks, Mike

Most large supermarkets now cater for this, my wife gets bread from Zorbas

Pingouinos is great if you want to eat out Gluten Free. A family member of the owners is a coeliac so they know all about it.

Great thanks - appreciate your replies.
We're staying in Peyia, but will drive over to Pingouino one evening.
Cheers.

When my celiac friend and I went for a meal at the harbour , my friend clearly explained " gluten free " to the waiter , he said , no problem everything is grilled !
They might have been referring to the risk of cross-contamination. When fish shops do gluten-free fish and chips, they are supposed to cook them in separate oil to the regular food.

Meraki provides delicious vegan fare. I thought it was fairly expensive and when we went there a few months ago, they were only open until about 5pm. We went there for lunch.
