BankOfCyprus website 'upgrade'

Like most upgrades, they seems to have made a real mess of it.
Trying to download the latest quarter's bank statements but despite me asking for Dec2021 to April 2022 .... it gave me the whole of 2021
Anyone else had issues?

What was wrong with the original website?To me it was easier to use and navigate.

In my opinion the website is worse than the existing one. Goodness knows how much they spent developing the new web site.

Oh heerie. . . .this is worrying! I have logged into our account a couple of times today but it is still ticketyboo. However, I only use the APP on my phone.
Just hope I'm not in for a shock.
