Pegia has always had a water supply problem for as long as I've lived here, the whole area needs an upgraded system.

No, you just have to manage with what is in your roof tank and bottled water for drinking

Living in Pegeia / Peyia for 28 years. Never had water problems. It must be just specific areas with regular problems.
