Where do people buy crockery, glasses, cutlery etc in Paphos? We know about the shop next to 1-Stop DIY. Is there anywhere else?

Try Spontas near the old market (just past the cafes and before the mosque)

We bought all our table cutlery from Lidl, when they had it on special offer.

Most supermarkets have a good selection of the goods you asked for.

But if its more expensive bone china sets of table ware by famous makers, I haven't seen this in Paphos shops. Maybe better to go further afield like Limassol or Nicosia.

If you want value for money go to Jumbos, not the greatest quality but for what you pay, it is more then acceptable,

When we furnished our house 16 years ago, there was not the choice that there is today. Most of our pots, pans and cutlery came from what was then, Chris's Cash n Carry, later Carrefoure and now Skevetis, on Mesogi Ave(Polis Road) Just got rid of the everyday wine glasses we bought from there and replaced them with Jumbos ones.
The shop Max mentioned is excellent for good quality stuff.
We even bought a Viners canteen of cutlery from what was once Debenhams but is now ERA, for around €40, so even in the big stores, there are bargains.
If we were furnishing and kitting out a house now, IKEA in Nicosia would be our first stop.
Worth looking at all the big supermarkets. Alpha Mega have a brilliant range of non stick pans called NAVA which are on special offer at the moment.

IKEA always have a good choice - maybe have a look at their online catalogue?
