I am in my late 70’s and use Universal Insurance phone number 22882222. I used them last year for the first time in seven years and found they paid out without any problem. You will most probably need a medical checkup to start with.

That is amazing Lloyd & we come nowhere close to that level of service over here. So many people are forced down the private route because of unbearable pain but the cost is prohibitive for many. For example a hip replacement is around £16,000

Gesy is brilliant, but it has been profligate in its over spending during its first 2 years, the auditor warns it must reduce costs substantially in order to avoid crashing..
I also have Private Health Insurance with Universal Life. Have had it for last 20 years, now I am 70+ they continue my insurance with only modest increase. But it may be harder to start a new PMI over 70, depending on your present health condition.
This company also continue to cover me when I am in the UK for limited periods. I recommend them.
