Does it have to be mirrored? Thinking of what they use on car windows as an alternative.
We had a light grey type of material stuck to our apartment windows for privacy some years ago- not too dark though as it is a very effective light filter.

The best way to reduce noise is to install good double glazing..It is very effective on my house where it greatly reduces noise from our pool in summer.

Google 'window uv film', even amazon do it. Easy to fit, have done mine!

There is a car window tinting company in Geroskipou, they have it on the roll. maybe a possibility.
Ds Carbon I think they are called.
