It looks very much like the boat that was laying a breakwater off Yeroskipou beach 3-4 years ago. Are they not going to make a breakwater off the beach at Venus Beach Hotel to reduce the rip tides?

If they start now, it should be finished by the end of the season, if the length of time it took at Yeroskipou is anything to go by.
