Stupidly, I missed paying mine a couple of weeks ago when the exchange rate was 1.20 .............

The one year we didn't pay ours on time, we had to pay more.

Agree but I dont think you can compare one with the other, we all know how governments operate, my opinion if I have the dosh in my pocket, I will rather pay for something and have done with it rather then worry about paying it in the future.
