The Asprokremmos Reservoir Is Filling Up!

For a time the overflow of the Asprokremmos appeared to be a Septennial event, but thanks to a very wet January it looks like it might be overflowing ahead of schedule. The other day I went to the dam to assess the chances of witnessing another watery spectacle...

We popped up there yesterday and saw the food stalls. There were a few cars there but due to the rain not many people walking around. I think this next weekend will be busier when, hopefully, the reservoir will be full and overflowing.

The level is as of today 98.9%.

Yes but is that wind assisted? I was there at about 3:30 and it was blowing over at the edges. I wonder if the official time will coincide with a conveniently placed bet by somebody who works at the Water Plant?
