It's not bad but after many years painting over here I do prefer the paint from Niko s,certainly covers better and lasts longer,go for the best quality option for best results,like anything,prep work is important

We first used Benjamin Moore Elastomeric on the outside of our bungalow (3 coats) about 14 years ago and were amazed at how waterproof it made the walls. We gave it a second coat (on recommendation) two years later. Worth every penny!
