Does anyone know the phone number or preferably an email address for " Gwenny "
The lady who helps with cy documents. Not sure if I've got her name right but I'm sure people will know who I mean

She is good and has helped us out a couple of times.. She is down the street to the left of the Electroline store, heading to the Mall from Kennedy square

Unless she has moved I thought that if you are coming down the hill turn right immediately after the electroline store and she is in a bungalow 100 yards up that street on the right. This was the situation at the back end of 2016, but she might have moved since to where trevnill has described.
